The delivery

1. Standard delivery: Delivery will be made on working days, Monday to Friday. Prompt shipments usually depend on payment confirmation, your chosen shipping address, and the availability of your items in the warehouse. Delivery is free for orders over 149 EUR including tax.

2. Fast Shipping & Standard Delivery:
For prompt next business day shipment, you must receive your order payment confirmation by 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please see the cases below to know the delivery time:
• Order confirmed before 4 pm from Monday to Friday: Shipping the next working day, delivery within 24 hours.
• Order confirmed after 4 p.m. Monday to Friday: Shipping on the 2nd following working day, delivery within 24 hours.
• Pre-order: The start of deliveries is indicated with the offer in question.

3. Our delivery partner is GLS & CHRONOPOST,  which will provide an on-demand delivery service. When delivery is available, you can choose a scheduled shipping method for your shipment, such as home delivery, or collection point service, etc.

4. You will also find the delivery costs applicable to your order in your shopping cart when you buy online, and during the Order Confirmation if your order is less than 149 EUR including tax.

5. The product (s) will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when ordering. A signature may be required to receive your item.

6. If you have not received the Product (s) within the estimated delivery time stated in the delivery confirmation, you must contact us through our website, e-mail, or by calling the Customer Center. 'customer call (details are available here: Contact us).

7. Orders can only be delivered in metropolitan France & EU, Corsica included, we do not take charge of cross-border deliveries.

8. In the event of force majeure (eg strikes, extreme weather conditions), the seller's obligations under the contract are suspended for the duration of the case of force majeure.

Collection points

When you have selected the item you wish to order, you will have the choice between Home delivery or Delivery to a collection point. If you select the Collection point option, enter your postal code and select the collection location that suits you best.

Once you have chosen your pickup location, enter your contact details, including your mobile phone number and email address, under the “Pickup Details” section, which will be used to notify you when your order is ready for shipment. collection.

SMS notifications

We will send you SMS notifications to keep you informed about the delivery of your order. To receive these notifications, all you need to do is enter your mobile phone number at the location indicated when finalizing your order. The number of notifications you receive will vary depending on the orders you have placed.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse or is available for collection, we will send you an SMS. This will include your order number and a link to home delivery or collection point tracking information. We will also send you SMS notifications on the day of delivery or following the delivery of your item, depending on the delivery method, the country, and, if applicable, the carrier you have chosen. You can receive between 1 and 2 SMS per item of your order.

Modify order

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If the order has been taken over by the carrier, you can contact them directly and they will change your delivery address if possible.

Tracking control

For courier deliveries, you can track the status of your order at any time through the Online Order Status.

On the Account page, you can view the current status of your order, the items ordered, expected shipping and delivery times, and your delivery tracking.

If your order is delivered to a corporate address, please note that our carrier will only deliver to a concierge or official reception delivery point, and will require a signature from the concierge or reception.
